Shipping & Returns

​At Flip F@iry, we always want our customers to have the best shopping experience by receiving their purchases fast and safely. All items will be shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for orders to be processed.

1. Pick Up/ Self Collection
Self-collection is only available locally in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We will email you once your order is ready for collection. Please collect your parcel within 1 week. 

 

2. Same Day Delivery

We will be using Lalamove for same-day delivery, fees will be calculated after the order has been placed.

3. Domestic Shipping (J&T/PosLaju)
Items posted with tracked shipping and delivered to your doorstep in the next 1-4 working days. Delivery fees will be RM10 for West Malaysia and RM15 for East Malaysia.

3. International Shipping (SF Express)
Items posted with tracked shipping and delivered to your doorstep in the next 3-14 working days. Delivery fees will be between RM100-RM450 depending on location. Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.
